Duratop 425 HB

Duratop 425 HB is a heavy duty, high build, solvent free two-component epoxy topcoat used in various industrial and commercial environments.

 

Product uses

Duratop 425 HB is designed to serve as a flooring system for walkways, food processing plants, hospitals, schools, garages, factories, wineries and other areas where abrasion resistance and chemical resistance is required.

Advantages

  • High gloss and non-blushing characteristics.
  • Good abrasion and chemical resistance.
  • Easily cleaned.
  • When applied to the manufacturer’s specifications, floors coated with epoxy topcoats will be non-porous and waterproof.

 

Coverage

5m² per litre per coat.  Applied at a DFT of 200 microns

Coverage will vary depending on the porosity and profile of the surface.
