Durashield AC Primer is a water-based penetrative primer developed for sealing and stabilising weathered asbestos and fibre cement roof sheets. It penetrates degraded surfaces, binds loose fibres and helps consolidate unstable cementitious substrates to create a sound base for protective overcoating systems.

Designed as part of the Durashield Asbestos Encapsulation System, this clear primer also contains anti-fungal and algae additives to reduce regrowth of lichen and moss. Suitable for interior and exterior applications, it offers an economical and environmentally friendly solution for roof restoration and substrate preparation.
