Duratop CUP (Clear Urethane Primer) is a single-component aliphatic polyurethane primer designed to seal, consolidate and prime porous surfaces such as cement and wood before the application of polyurethane coatings. It penetrates the substrate, improves adhesion and provides a moisture barrier that helps prevent pinholing, bubbling and loss of clarity in subsequent clear topcoats.
Because it is UV stable and resistant to yellowing, Duratop CUP is suitable for both interior and exterior use, particularly where clear or decorative polyurethane finishes are required over concrete, wood or visually exposed substrates.
