Optima Elastoflex is a premium water-based acrylic waterproofing coating developed for exterior walls and exposed substrates requiring flexibility, crack bridging and long-term weather protection. Applied as a liquid membrane, it cures into a seamless elastomeric barrier that remains permanently flexible while resisting rain, UV exposure and environmental wear.

Engineered for concrete protection, commercial buildings, bridges, underpasses and wall waterproofing, Elastoflex has been tested for resistance to carbonation and chloride ion ingress. It is ideal where structural durability, crack accommodation and waterproof performance are essential.
